To Whom This May Concern,

Everyday, drivers and even pedestrians are at risk on Maple Street. The street has been riddled with potholes leaving residents at risk, damaging their car, or even worse, getting injured. Within the past week, drivers of a van and a car collided when the driver tried to serve around a large pothole leaving one with a broken arm and facial cuts and the other shaken up. Imagined driving down the road on freshly paved streets without having to worry about the dangers of potholes. On Maple Street this is a luxury we don’t have. By addressing the issue of potholes we will save money in the long run and create a space residents will enjoy. The longer we wait to take action the more opportunities this street has at injuring more people and costing the city more money, so take action now.
