The first quiz I took was based on characteristics of emotional intelligence. As a result I got 60/100 meaning I am “an emotionally intelligent person”, have great relationships, and people approach me for advice. This will be very good for my future career because I want to mainly work directly with people. If people feel as though they cannot go to the person that they are working alongside or even with for a few days you will not foster good working relationships. It is also stated the people who have high emotional intelligence have great leadership potential. I would love to be a leader in my future job so stating that I already have a high one puts me in a good position. I think that the result of this quiz is not surprising because in a workplace setting I like to be a leader and with friendships people tend to come to me for advice. 

The second quiz I took was based on your mindset. This quiz said that I had a growth mindset with some fixed ideas meaning most of the time I believe that intelligence and character can be improved with time and character. I think that this is accurate because most of the time I like to give people second opportunities to grow. I would like to bring these characteristics to the workplace because not every employee knows what they are doing on the first day. If you hold a mistake against people it will lead to tension. This quiz also relates to me personally because it believes I can grow if I work hard enough on it. 

The third quiz I took was a team player one. I got 75/100 meaning I am a good team player. This is the only one I find a little bit surprising. I like to work alone most of the time and I even play an individual sport. Nonetheless, I will bring any sort of team player characteristics to the workplace because it is always good to have more than one voice within a work project.
